Thanks for posting this. Traffic Scotland have nothing on their site. However, Stagecoach have details of their bus route diversion. The route through Luncarty is best.

Regards the A93 partial closure at Isla Bridge, this won't affect weekend skiers/boarders and during the week if you are doing a full day as the bridge is open until 9.30m and reopens at 3.30pm. The bridge is unrestricted on Saturday and Sunday. An alternative to the A9 to Luncarty depending on where you are coming from is to take the A94 to Coupar Angus.
Good the know the A93 is only closed during the middle of the day.
I reached the closed bridge at about 9.45 today, and where the road was blocked off close to the bridge there is a right turn (not signed as a diversion). I went down it (a muddy and pretty rough rural road) and by going straight on at all the junctions I ended up in Cupar Angus, and then was able to join the A923, cross the Isla and on to Blairgowrie.
From Perth the easiest route will be via the A94 to Coupar Angus. From Dundee the Coupar Angus road to Blairgowrie is the obvious route anyway, so if coming from East Fife you might be going that way anyway and face no difficulties. From Carnoustie and Arbroath travel via Glamis, turn North just after Meigle to join the A926 to come into Blairgowrie from the East and avoid the town centre - of if not needing to rent skis, in good weather go via Kirriemuir and up Glenisla into Glenshee.
This look nice there today. But not much is open, and the queues are getting large. Heading up tomorrow, so I hope more will be open. I expect it'll be a bit mobbed. My kids are in GPS training, but I'll probably go for a tour.
do they intend to open any of the other areas? Butcharts, carn aosda, Meall Odhar etc. maybe too much to ask for Glas Maol but given the snow seems to have dried out is something else stopping them? the runs look filled enough from the cams or is it deceptive...
