Job Summary: To ensure that the administration department and therefore the company runs in a smooth, efficient and professional manner.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Support Managing Director as part of the management team in the day to day running of the company.
Coordinating role for daily operations on a rota basis.
Oversee Ticket Office operations
Ensure effective communication between departments.
Provide support for other departments with recruitment, administration and projects.
Responsible for the development and training of administration staff.
Responsible for the Health & Safety with the administration department.
Facilities Management for base station premises.
IT & Communications problem solving.
Purchasing, liaison and negotiation with office suppliers and other company purchases.
Manage shareholder database and dealings.
Coordinate board meetings and managerment meetings.
Organise staffing levels for the administration manager.
Company vehicles management.
Oversee daily cashing up and money handling for the company.
Support accounts & payroll as required.
Hands on support for all administration areas.
Landlord responsibilities for staff house.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Excellent customer servies skills, including the handling of complaints.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Leadership and supervisory skills
Strong IT skills using a range of software packages
Fleibility and reliability
Interest in Snowsports and outdoor activities
