Who has the most snow thread?

Amber warning updated, could be quite widespread 20-25cm totals with 40cm in places, if that hits the Central Belt then tomorrow will be interesting!

So who's got snow, where is it piling up? Photos please... Alas only a flurry so far in the West.

Deeply underwhelming on the country roads in the Strathmore area this morning, I was up for a battle but there was hardly any snow at all.
Here's hoping for better over the next couple of days.

Round about 5 it started here, pretty heavy for a bit then on and aff aw night fae the toon tae here, pringle size doon tae flour flakes along with the wind made it 8m away fae total white oot at times... The pavements and side roads got white pretty quick after the first 10mins dump.. Come dark'o'clock the south side of the Kilpatrick hills were weirdly clear of snow.

Just after a heavy blast of snow and gusts the now, the pavements and main roads are starting to blend into one, west end of Dumbarton/Glasgow road is white tae Clydebonk, the roads are shocking and kinda fun as soon as the tyres quickly heat up!

I'd wake and bake and do feck aw the morra if I was any of you lot, even the posh!

On the coast south of Aberdeen, not as much snow
as expected so far. Suppose that muchcloser to the
high pressure which is affecting the convection.
Blowing a hoolie from the east though and currently -2.
Sea wild and what snow/powder that’s coming down is just
blown away! North of England/borders look like they
are getting hammered.

About 5" in Glasgow... might break out the chains for the novelty of driving around the local streets.

Met Office goes code red for Central Scotland!

Red Weather warning with up to 50cm level snow possible in localities hit by convective streamers. Severe drifting too! Could be carnage in places as heavy drifting could lead to many feet drifts building.
