Need New Skis

I put a post in the equipment section but that isn't very busy so I will repost here: heres the link:

Skis

Basicly I need a pair of decent skis that are up to the job of very basic racing but is a good all round ski.

Also anyone know much about good affordable bindings?

The Blizzard racing RS Titanium SSK has been highly recommened to me, would you lot agree? I can get this for £200

Bindings are, rossignol Axial 110 or 100 for £40. retail about £110

Think i might just go for it.
