One year on

Just been looking back at the pics from 26th Oct 2002. Cracking good that was although I didnt get near the ski slopes until January.

Its now 26th Oct 2003, OK there is a bit of snow, but nothing like last year.

Mind you, I suppose anything is possible at any time so keep the edges sharp and get ready to roll at any time!

Bye for now!

But maybe this is a good thing, having as lot less snow and very warm summer (compared to a very poor wet 2002 summer) means that this years weather patterns are very diffeent to last years so maybe the weather pattern has changed for the better.

Exactly one year ago today i was up on the 'gorm. I was also fairly new to the sport as well. I learnt more in that one day of boarding than i did in several weeks. The snow was excellant but visibility and the wind that day made conditions extremely difficult and not knowing the mountain didnt help. Scarey experience, but as i said i learnt a lot that day. Glad i got that day in. Hopefully this year will be blessed with plenty of snow. Cant wait......
