I am aware of Gold post boxes in Aviemore and Grantown - any more in the WH catchment area?

There won't be a gold post box for it, but Karen Darke, who lives in Inverness, got a silver medal today in the Womens Individual H 1-2 Time trial: [www.london2012.com]

You'd be forgiven for not knowing that, as the coverage in the media of this has been worse than poor, but it's such a fantastic achievment. She goes again on Friday morning in the Individual Road Race H 1-3. Sadly, I wasn't there today to watch, but I will be on Friday smiling smiley

Karen is also a fine downhill sit-skier, and is also a cross country skier, having skied across Greenland, and is planning to ski to the South Pole next year!
