Please would someone let me know the conditions of the Northern Cairngorm.
I am climbing from the 1st -4th Feb 2004.
It is a nine hour drive so welcome constuctive comments

I haven't been up myself, but I would say that after the savage thaw there isn't much left. Freeze again last night though, with more massive freezes forecast for Monday to Wednesday, so fingers crossed. Perhaps someone else could share more information?

You've picked a bad week. Try 2nd week of February/

Think there was people out over the weekend and conditions sound like they'll be improving this week...suppose it depends on what the weather does next , if we get a slight thaw then freeze it'll be great but i've no idea what the forecast is for that week. Should be something to do.
