As long as you're paying. No ice or water, that's a nasty English habit.

Does the Forum Arms serve haggis, or have you stopped serving meals for the night to hungry and somewhat frustrated snow rampers?

However if you can catch one, feel free... grinning smiley

BTW should I buy an extra bottle of meths for the camping stove, or a whole case? What with this "artic blast", "siberian cold", "mini-ige" and all that....

Yes, I'm not there whinging about the lack of snow. If everyone's up to their neck in snow tomorrow my name will be mud. Or slush, anyway. Off to watch TV for an hour and avoid all charts. See u in a while.

Hiya, I've just been over to TWO and slunk back here after seeing how much trouble I stirred up with my "no snow" postsmiling smiley)))

Seemed ok, not too slow but it varies by the minute depending how many people are on and what they're doing.

Erm, not quite but I did point out that the Tees BBC weather forecast was backtracking and that NWesterlies don't tend to do too much for the NE in the way of snow. Within about six posts they were all going hammer and tongs at one another. "I told you so." "You're whinging." "No, I told you so...." etc. I think I'll rejoin TWO under another namesmiling smiley))

Hate to show my ignorance, but what exactly is TWO? - it sounds like something I should know about ...

Light dusting in Aberdeen, now melting...
Mine's an Ardbeg.

Ahh one of the Winterhighland peeps has wondered in looking confused!! lol! :p

TWO is the forum/community on The Weather Outlook. Late last week as the computer forecast models showed a then potentially serious artic blast, the surge in traffic caused several outages in their site. This has been one of several forums used for people from TWO to keep in touch when problems arose.
