Wild Boar

While out on New Year's Day, I spotted a Wild Boar, which surprised me slightly.- He was free-ranging in Drimmie Woods, near Bridge of Cally, a piece of unfenced Forestry Commission land.

Took attached pics on a very long lens, but you can still make him out.

Have since learned that FCS have introduced Wild Boar in some woodlands, to assist regeneration. - Couldn't find a guide to which woods have got them.

Anybody seen/heard similar. ?

Sweet,,

Its not everyday ye get the chance to see one let alone get one on camera..

There has been some reports of them being seen on the old m.o.d road from faslane to coulpourt...
