I did it on a trampoline . I hate them! I just sorted landed on the side of my ankle and crushed the bone a bit and got 2 fractures and now I have some metal screws to help it heal?

At least you're young enough that it'll heal fast and properly.
You're active: I'd lay money you'll beat their "standard" estimate by at least 2-3 weeks, especially if you rest carefully now and then hit the physio as soon as cleared to do so. Talk to hospital & GP about getting it organised as soon as poss..

Find out how you go about ensuring you have your physiotherapist booked in advance for the week that you get the cast off. The NHS isn't always very good at doing joined up services, sometimes needs a wee push to make sure you get the right things at the right time.
With physio, you'll be sorted pretty quickly.
