The 318s fit just probably need a tiny adjustment at the big toe or proper footbed. Either way, should all be good.

Just need to get up and get some boots now. There’s 3-400 quid lol

to check the fit take the liners out put your foot in till your toes just touch the front of the boot and measure the gap from your heel to the inside back of the boot using something that fits the gap, about 15mm is ideal, 25 mm are slippers and racers have about 5-8mm.

Good footbeds are pretty essential to keep your foot in the correct shape, if not the arches collapse and your foot splays out, again get a decent custom molded pair, they start at about £50 or so but if they are well made (again you would think this is a given but it isn't) they last years and years, iv'e still got the same pair i bought 8-9 yrs ago

Looks like the bindings are the adjustable type so should be no issue with adjustment for right size boot sole

“Good evening, I have the bindings and they are no problem because you can adjust them in the center of the ski. The have all the mm. with the tipe of ski boots.
Best regards. “

Yeah, will definitely get them sorted properly to the shape of my foot, probably end up with a thousand more questions/advice when look into them properly.

Thanks

New skis have arrived grinning smiley Look awesome!

Going to have to get some wax for them as they need doing and think bindings will have to be adjusted aswell for my height despite them claiming to have set them up.

From a look on the net bindings should be set at DIN4. Based this on. 62kg weight, 5ft 7" height, skill level beginner/intermediate with boot size 318mm.

Look good, can't beat new skis. Yea best to set the din low and adjust higher if needed after some skiing.
Make sure the forward pressure is set ok as well.
Enjoy

What wax do people recommend that doesnt cost the earth? As im just a beginner/early intermediate I probably wont notice any waxes that claim to do all sorts of magic. Ideally looking for something that does the job, easy to apply (will also need scraper and brushes so will need some recommendations there too).

Any tips/pointers?
